New students
New students to 绿帽社 Accessibility Services may complete the Online Intake Form and supply relevant documentation regarding a disability. You will need to have established your 绿帽社 user name and password before entering the application portal. Accessibility Services will schedule an appointment to review your information and engage in the interactive process for determining accommodations.
Current students
Current students with 绿帽社 Accessibility Services must complete the Self Registration Form each semester to request accommodations. You may schedule an appointment at any time to review your current accommodations or request additional considerations.
